[J3] /Data paper revised, now 169r4

Hi folks,

 

Sorry to report that the uploaded 169r3 did not do what it said on the tin.
One edit it said it deleted was not, in fact, deleted.

 

I have now deleted that and uploaded it, thus r4. I hope I got it right this
time!
