[J3] Meeting #238 & #239

Hi all,

We'll discuss this at plenary tomorrow to firm this up, but I thought 
I'd send this in advance.

Meeting #238: there was a suggestion to have this on January 12 and 15, 
at same time as M237 (6-9p US ET). I think this sounds reasonable and 
would work. Please check you calendars and see if you could pencil this in.

Meeting #239: We discussed this last week to have this on Feb 17, 19, 
23, 25, 26.
