[J3] Meeting Files section of the J3 web site

This is for members who have logins to the j3-fortran.org web site 
(J3/WG5 members and meeting guests):

After you log in to j3-fortran.org, "Meeting FIles" appears in the top 
menu bar of the site; clicking on this opens the Meeting Files subsite 
in a new page. This is where drafts and other files temporary for a 
meeting can be uploaded, viewed and downloaded. What's *supposed *to 
happen is that if you are logged in to j3-fortran.org, you are 
automatically logged in to Meeting FIles. (This is different from the 
Discussion Board, where you enter your site credentials again.)

I have received complaints from a few members that Meeting Files takes 
them to a second login screen for Pydio (this is the software I'm using 
for that subsite). This baffled me, but for the latest case I suggested 
that the member log out of j3-fortran.org, delete the j3-fortran.org 
cookies in their browser, and then log in again. This fixed the problem 
for them as they could now access Meeting Files.

If you encounter this situation. please try the above and let me know if 
it does *not *work so that I can investigate further. Thanks, and sorry 
for any inconvenience.

P.S. I suppose I should take advantage of this email to also announce a 
new site feature that you will see on the documents page for a specific 
meeting. Below the title of each paper, if appropriate, will be a list 
of papers this paper references, and/or a list of papers that reference 
this paper. J3 papers are shown as links, WG5 papers are just shown as 
plain text for now.

At the moment, this is semi-automated but not tied into the Upload page, 
as I didn't want to risk breaking it so close to a meeting. I have run 
my script on papers already there, and as new ones are uploaded I'll 
rerun it to update. It keys off the References: line in the paper 
header. The format it likes is:

References: 25-123. 24-456r3, N1234

this can be continued onto a second line if need be - please put a comma 
at the end of the first line. I have seen some papers that use a 
different format with a description of each referenced paper - that's 
fine, I can take care of those and may eventually figure out how to 
catch those automatically as well.

I hope members find this useful - it was discussed at a previous meeting 
as potentially helpful. It should be especially useful when a paper is a 
"response" to an earlier one, allowing you to find the later paper easily.
