[J3] RSVP Required for In Person Attendance for June J3/WG5 Meeting - DEADLINE To RSVP: Monday, June 9, 2024

Hello those who plan to attend the June 2025 J3/WG5 meeting in person,
      The J3 Meeting will be from June 23 - June 27, 2024 in Berkeley, CA.
If you would like to attend this meeting in person, you need to fill out
the survey to officially RSVP/sign-up for the meeting. If you fill out this
survey and then later for some reason are unable to attend, that is of
course okay. But you need to fill out the survey by the deadline (*Monday,
June 9*) so that we can guarantee site access for attendees by the meeting
and plan for the appropriate amount of food. The survey also inquires about
any needed LBL-site parking and any dietary restrictions, so please provide
any information we need to know to be able to plan appropriately for
everyone's parking and food needs.

       Thank you to everyone who responded to the previous email inquiry
about the possibility of getting a hotel room block at the Hotel Shattuck.
Unfortunately, we didn't have enough interest that would allow us to get a
room block without incurring significant costs when it wasn't mostly
filled. As such, we ask that attendees make their own hotel reservations
individually. You may find a list of hotel options in the local

       Please let me know if you have any questions about signing up to
attend or your ability to say if you will be there in person by the survey
deadline.
