[J3] RSVP Required for In Person Attendance for June J3/WG5 Meeting - DEADLINE: May 30, 2024

Hello those who plan to attend the June J3/WG5 meeting in person,
      The J3/WG5 Meeting is coming up from June 24 - 28, 2024 in Berkeley,
CA. Thank you to all those who responded to the initial survey that helped
us get the approximate count of attendees so that we were able to proceed
with our planning. We now have a sign up survey open which will be the
official RSVP/sign-up for the meeting. If you fill out this survey and then
later for some reason are unable to attend, that is of course okay. But you
must fill out the survey by the deadline (*Thursday, May 30*) so that we
can guarantee site access for attendees by the meeting and plan for the
appropriate amount of food. The survey also inquires about any needed
LBL-site parking and any dietary restrictions, so please provide any
information we need to know to be able to plan appropriately for everyone's
parking and food needs.
       We have a room block at the Berkeley Lab Guest House. If you would
like to book a room at the Berkeley Lab Guest House, please book soon. You
