Dear all,

Here is an obituary for Dan, written by his brother James. I helped him 
with the paragraph on his Fortran work.

There will be an event of Remembrance for Dan on June 1. Details are at 
the end of the obituary. Below is the zoom link. I hope to attend by zoom.

It was a great pleasure to work closely with Dan for so many years and I 
am very sad to think that I will never see him again.
