E. I have things already arranged (months ago) that assumed the second week of October did not fall in November this year.
In fact, for October, I would prefer a virtual meeting (according to our usual schedule for virtual meetings i.e. 10/14,16,21,23 or 10/21,23,28,30).
(I cannot usefully attend a physical meeting virtually as sleep deprivation is a thing. That rules out C and D.)
B/2. That is, 50:50 chance I can attend physically.
The second full week of October was, I thought, 14-18. That or 21-25 would be superior to 28-32.
Cheers,
--

Subject: [J3] Meeting #234 Planning / Straw Poll ("October meeting")
Hi all,
We are planning to determine the feasibility of holding in-person meeting for what typically is our "October meeting". This would be meeting #233. The location would be near Beaverton, Oregon (just east of Portland, OR).
In the last meeting we straw-polled this and landed on Oct 28 date (mostly). Unfortunately there's availability issue with conference rooms for that week.
So, here's another straw poll. If you could simply reply to me with all the options that apply to you, that would greatly help decide what we should do for meeting #233.
A. I plan to attend in-person for meeting held in the week of Nov 4.
B. I plan to attend in-person for meeting held in the week of Oct 28.
C. I plan to attend virtually for meeting held in the week of Nov 4.
D. I plan to attend virtually for meeting held in the week of Oct 28.
E. I cannot attend (virtual or in-person) meeting held in the week of Nov 4
Please reply promptly so we can check availability.
Thank you,
Reuben
