[J3] [SC22WG5.6561] Dan Nagle

[Raghavendhra Chowdary MV]

 I'm saddened to hear about the passing of Dan. I met him for the first
time when I joined the committee in 2017 and he was the chair at that time.
He welcomed me warmly and was incredibly helpful.

His contributions to our committee will live on forever.

Deepest condolences to his family.
