[J3] [SC22WG5.6525] Fwd: Aleks Donev, former Fortran committee member

As others have said, this is very sad news. Aleks reached out to me early
in his thought process about rejoining the committee and came to visit me
at Berkeley Lab to ask about the status of the work on generics at the
time. He was a fountain of ideas, delved deeply into the proposals, and
offered detailed and insightful analysis in numerous emails and
videoconferences. His contribution will be missed.
