[J3] [SC22WG5.6549] REAL kinds for ERF, e.g.

When it says “type real” below, is it implicit that all REAL kinds supported by the implementation are supported by ERF?  If an implementation supports REAL(2), REAL(4), REAL(8) and REAL(16), one would expect ERF to work for all of them, right?
