[J3] Complex pointer to real array and vice-versa

Hello,

I have just joined the list, and I usually participate to the Fortran 
Discourse forum under the name "PierU"

A few months ago I suggested that the standard may allow a complex 
pointer to be associated to a real array and vice-versa. I ended up with 
a draft proposal posted on the "fortran-proposals" Github repository 
(1). Rather than explaining the proposal and its motivations in detail 
here, I am just putting a direct link to the draft:

Would some member(s) of the committee agree advocating this proposal at 
a J3 meeting?

Comments and suggestions (here or on the Github discussion)  to improve
