[J3] [EXTERNAL] Meeting #234 Planning / Straw Poll ("October meeting")

Thanks for the responses and feedback.

Unfortunately there is not a good option that would work well to have an 
in-person meeting for meeting #234 in October, considering the 
constraints of venues and members availability.

Therefore I propose we have a virtual meeting for meeting #234, with our 
usual virtual meeting format:

Plenary on Oct 21, 23, 28, 30 with subgroups time on the days in between.

I understand that (part of) the time doesn't work for some of you. I 
also recognize that some have expressed preference for an in-person 
meeting. However this seems like the best option at this point. I hope 
we can still have a productive October meeting.
