Malcolm routinely posts archives of the Subversion repo he uses to track the changes to the standard. These are in the J3 Meeting Files Edit/Repositories folder.

I think he does this after each update to the 007 CDs, DIS, FDIS, etc. I don't think he's uploaded the most recent revisions, though.
