In case you want to get the 2023 Ada standard, for which ISO wants 208
Swiss Francs, you can get the last committee draft, which has identical
content to FDIS but slightly different formatting, from
http://www.ada-auth.org/standards/ada22.html
An overview of the differences from earlier versions is available at
http://www.ada-auth.org/standards/22over/Ada2022-Overview.pdf
Some chapters might be especially interesting for Fortran 202y:
2. Parallelism (includes a fork-join construct spelt "parallel do
<block> and <block> and <block> ... end do" , an equivalent to DO
CONCURRENT, reductions, ....)
3. Contracts
4. Containers and iterators (including "parallel container iterator
filters")
They've thought about these things longer than we have, so it ought to
be useful to study what they did.
Instead of introducing C-like digraphs such as "+=", the "@" symbol
designates the left side of an assignment statement.
The overview uses the abbreviation AI, not to mean "Artificial
Intelligence" but "Ada Issue." These were either interps or feature
requests.
