[J3] [SC22WG5.6435] Manchester meeting dates

Somehow, the ISO web page for the Manchester meeting lost my giving it 
the dates of June 12-16 and it just says June 12. (Times are wrong too.) 
I am sure it was correct when I confirmed the meeting.

The dates are indeed June 12-June 16. Please go ahead and register for 
the meeting <https://sd.iso.org/meetings/116865> and disregard the date 
it shows there, as I am no longer able to correct it. Thanks.
