[J3] [EXTERNAL] Updated Local Arrangements for Meeting 229 at Berkeley Lab

I just went into the system this morning and it is showing that there are no rooms for the dates I selected (Jan 23-28).   Was anyone else successful?   Did we already run out of rooms?

   Please also be on the lookout for an upcoming form to fill out if you plan to attend the meeting so that we can get a finalized list of attendees and begin to work on getting everyone guest passes to ensure lab access.
