[J3] Updated Local Arrangements for Meeting 229 at Berkeley Lab

Hello all,
    If you are planning to attend Meeting 229 at Berkeley Lab, please see
the updated Local Arrangements document and information for booking a room
in the hotel block at the Berkeley Lab Guest House in the following post on
the J3 forum: https://j3-fortran.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=115. We
apologize for not having the booking information out sooner, but we hope
that everyone's travel plans can now be booked accordingly.

   Please also be on the lookout for an upcoming form to fill out if you
plan to attend the meeting so that we can get a finalized list of attendees
and begin to work on getting everyone guest passes to ensure lab access.
