A single generic XYZ_PREFIX procedure could be defined that takes an
argument of a type defined in ISO_Fortran_Env to specify which
operation is to be performed. This would save space in the Clause 16
subclause that describes intrinsic procedures, at the expense of a much
smaller expansion in the Clause 16 subclause that describes entities
in ISO_Fortran_Env.
