[J3] M229 Lodging Update

Hi all,

Just a quick update on the lodging option for M229 in Berkeley. The 
Berkeley Guest House will be available with the daily rate of $189 
(which is the US GSA rate for Berkeley, CA).

We will block ~15 rooms in the Guest House. We are still working on 
getting a booking code so you can reserve your room, and will send more 
update as soon as this is resolved. But hopefully this will help with 
your travel planing.

We will not have room blocks at the Marriott Residence Inn, to reduce 
administration work / headache, since there is no rate benefit in doing 
that. However, I checked that it has some rooms with Gov't rate, so that 
could be an option for those with gov't travel.

Thank you to Kate Rasmussen and Damian Rouson who have been working hard 
in all of this.
