[J3] RSVP for In Person Attendance for February J3 Meeting #232 - DEADLINE: January 9, 2024

Hello those who plan to attend the February J3 meeting in person,
      The J3 Meeting #232 is coming up from February 26 to March 1, 2024 in
Berkeley, CA. Thank you to all those who responded to the initial
survey that helped us get the approximate count of attendees so that we
were able to proceed with our planning. We now have a survey open which
will be the official RSVP/sign-up for the meeting. If you fill out this
survey and then later for some reason are unable to attend, that is of
course okay. But you must fill out the survey by the deadline (January 9)
so that we can guarantee site access for attendees by the meeting. The
survey also inquires about any needed LBL-site parking and any dietary
restrictions, so please provide any information we need to know to be able
to plan appropriately for everyone's parking and food needs.
