[J3] February 2024 J3 Meeting - Hotel Booking Code

Hello those who plan to attend the February 2024 J3 Meeting in Berkeley in
person,
      We now have a group booking code for the Berkeley Lab Guest House. If
you are ready, feel free to book your hotel room by following the
instructions in the PDF in the following J3 Forum post:
https://j3-fortran.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=155. Please note,
their website has changed a bit, so the instructions mention finding a
"reservations" tab at the top of the page, please instead click on the
"Book Now" tab at the top of the page and then scroll down to find the
"OPTION 4: GROUP BOOKING CODE" link.
