[J3] IMPORTANT: foreign attendees to October meeting

I need a list of all physical attendees of the October meeting that are not US citizens.   There will be some forms, but apparently those cannot be openly distributed or something.

If you are even thinking about attending in person and are not a US citizen, please inform me by COB Friday August 18th.
