Thanks for the comment. I need to add a reference to J3/21-101r1, which 
added 12.6.3p11.

BTW, somewhere on the J3 site there is an up-to-date document that lists 
all the J3 papers that address the requirements, but I was not able to 
find it this week. Can you help please? Could it be the new 010?
