F18/025 Comment
There are concerns about whether this is check-able at compile time and 
whether most compilers are even checking this for type equivalence. 
Another concern is whether this would break existing code. While I share 
those concerns, I think it is necessary to include this in the standard 
to prevent problematic / bad code and to be explicit about it.
