[J3] Selecting dates for J3 virtual meeting 226

Hello everyone,

I'd like to schedule the dates for J3 meeting 226, anticipated for
February 2022. INCITS has informed us that this meeting must be
virtual, so let's plan to continue the Mon/Weds + Mon/Weds 17:00-20:00
US/Eastern format that we've used for the last few virtual meetings.

(https://j3-fortran.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=100) and vote in the
poll for the dates you could attend (or would prefer to attend)
meeting 226. The poll will remain open for 1 week, ending next
Thursday, Nov 18.
