[J3] RESULT's lower_bound with CFI_section

Hi Tobias, 

para 3 of the CFI_section description does not uniquely fix a value for the lower bound in the descriptor, but only specifies an equivalent
Fortran array section. 
If the result argument gets the same base address as source, I would assume the lower_bounds[i] argument must be written to the result descriptor for each dimension.

Hello all,

it is probably already hidden somewhere, but what's the resulting lower bound of RESULT after calling CFI_section?

In Fortran, it is resolved via the lbound definition, which is also invoked for pointer assignment.

I think it should be 0 for consistency, but I do not see where it is spelled out.
