[J3] Do C_PTR and C_FUNPTR have the BIND attribute?

There was an interp. We decided they were not BIND(C). That is what the standard currently says. Unless one thinks it is compiler-dependent whether type COMPLEX has the BIND(C) attribute.

Cheers,

Do C_PTR and C_FUNPTR have the BIND attribute?

18.3.2p1 doesn't say they do. It does say they are interoperable.

If they actually do have the BIND attribute, it isn't necessary explicitly to exclude them in 7.5.5.1p1 (although a note reminding of this would not be harmful.)

Would it be harmful if they explicitly had the BIND attribute?
