[J3] [EXTERNAL] Holding dates for J3 meeting 225

When I had to do INCITS Treasurer training, it was held at the
Bellagio. It was one day. The room was smaller than the "Spruce Goose"
room at the Residence Inn. Lynn Barra told that INCITS had gotten a
bargain. Bellagio discounted the room to only $1500 per day.
