Perhaps presenting the requirements to Valerie would be a good start. I recall that the Springhill Suites (Marriott) by the convention center had larger and multiple meeting rooms. The Elara, just off the strip, also has extensive meeting rooms, but I would imagine the cost would be higher. I attended a Cray company meeting at Embassy Suites (Hilton) once (where Daniel usually stays during J3 meetings) and recall multiple meeting rooms that were larger. There are many “convention centers” in Las Vegas in large hotels along the strip (and the main one on Paradise) that tend to have highly configurable meeting spaces. I seem to recall that Caesar’s Palace has something like 6 of them. While in the future, they will probably return to more normal pricing, this year they might discounted.
Cheers,
Bill
