Understood. The challenge with separating the two questions at hand
(what format should it be, and what dates should it be) is that the
split-week format that we did for virtual m223 is not feasible for a
F2F meeting. There seemed to be consensus that the preferred format
for a virtual meeting is the split-week format. So picking dates,
which is the time-sensitive issue, depends somewhat on the chosen
format of the meeting.
