[J3] Plan for tomorrow (meeting 223 day 4)

Hi everyone,

thank you for a productive meeting today. Apologies especially to
those in the UK for running 20 minutes over time.

Tomorrow (March 2) is the last day of meeting 223. The agenda is as follows:
  - Vipul will lead a ~30 minute tutorial from Generics.
  - Subgroup reports will go in a different order, recognizing that we
completed only 3 of 6 subgroup reports today (JoR, Generics, and Data)
before running out of time. So tomorrow the order will be:
    - HPC
    - Interp
    - Edit
    - JoR
    - Generics
    - Data

I also uploaded two papers (21-130 and 21-131) for J3 to vote whether
to recommend to the INCITS Secretariat to grant Emeritus Member status
to Dan Nagle (21-130) and Van Snyder (21-131).

As we discussed on the mailing list previously, please try to upload
any papers for vote tomorrow by midnight EST tonight, which is 2 hours
from now. Thank you.
