[J3] DATA INTERP and EDITS plans

As of now:

 

DATA:

- vote Monday 110r1, 120

- vote Tuesday 121, possibly also on the edits paper corresponding to 120 if
it appears.

 

EDIT:

- no paper numbers to report at the moment, but two minor editorial papers
have been proposed. Assuming these appear, they will be for vote Tuesday.

 

INTERP:

- vote Monday 123 (replacement for 20-151).

- assuming it appears, vote Tuesday on an interp that has had some
discussion on the J3 email list, but for which there is no paper (other than
20-151, which it is related to).
