Generics has no papers for vote.

However, there is a new paper 21-125 which is intended to capture the content of the planned tutorial.  Some may find benefit in reading it prior to the tutorial, but it certainly is not required.  Mostly the paper will serve as a citable reference for later discussions.

(And there may be another revision yet this evening if I notice anything worth fixing.)
