It appears that those functions have been added to the C++ standard.
  ISO/IEC JTC1 SC22 WG21 N4860
  ISO/IEC DIS 14882:2020(E)

One such math function is:
  Clause 26.8.6.7 is Regular modified cylindrical Bessel functions
