[J3] settle meeting times

c) Subgroups are expected to use the discussion board I set up on the J3
site to work on papers before the October meeting. The virtual meeting
will be plenary time. Maybe some work will be done in between plenary
sessions, but the whole idea was to not have to do that.
The discussion board has a section for the seven work items not yet
complete - I've been writing about this for months now - have you not
been getting the J3 emails? Log in to the J3 site and then click
Discussions in the top menu. Log in there using your j3-fortran.org
credentials.
Does it really take a subgroup head assigning tasks to get this done? If
so, then that's what should happen. The remaining features are a mix of
/Data and /JoR - HPC is done.
