[J3] settle meeting times

Hi Dan, 3 questions below:

1) What's the plan for this meeting?

   a) subgroups get all their assigned tasks done before the meeting 
starts, or

   b) subgroups work outside the plenary times that same week, writing 
papers ..., OR

   c) ?


2) Do you have a list of things for JOR to work on?  or are we all done 
for 202x?


3) I expect AMD's new alternate, Raghu ("raghu.maddhipatla at amd.com") 
will be attending this meeting in addition to me.  I'll ask him what 
subgroup he might prefer, but is there one or more subgroups that need a 
new person?

p.s. does J3 have more than 1 zoom account?   I believe I can provide 
both a paid zoom account (no time limits) and a Teams meeting if 
needed.  The Teams meeting is a Microsoft thing, and requires a Teams 
app to be installed on Windows/iphone/android, not sure about macs.
