Hopefully we will be back to “normal” by October, 2021. That is around the time the first set of Phase 3 vaccine trials are supposed to be done. Maybe the beginning of November would be safer.

A symptom of the “day job” problem, I fear. Perhaps sending an “assignment list” to each of the subgroup heads that spells out the expectations for their subgroup would kick things off. (Though I would note that Malcolm did already initiate a discussion for the October meeting). Since this is mostly J3 work, it is perhaps more in Dan’s court to send out such assignments.
