[J3] Possible problem with J3 email list

It was brought to my attention this morning that submissions to the J3 
email list were not getting distributed. I see that between May 22 and 
today, no emails to the list were received, but it seems to be working 
now. If you sent something in the last week, it didn't make it and 
should be re-sent. Please also let me know privately if you had sent 
something that doesn't appear in the archives 
(https://mailman.j3-fortran.org/pipermail/j3/2020-May/date.html) I will 
be investigating this further - the list is hosted by a paid service.
