With links to specific issues for each item if they exist (they then contain links to the submitted papers).

There is not that many proposals that still need to be written for 202X. Let's try to get it done as a community before our next J3 or WG5 meeting, so that we can spend the meeting on voting and adjustments to specs and syntax.
