Intel Comment for F18/017:   We have been following the online discussion of
this since the February meeting.  We believe inclusion of Malcom's description
of finalization posted to the J3 mailing list would improve the discussion
of this interpretation, and also agree that a fix to an interpretation should
contain minimal edits.

Hi folks,

Attached is J3 Fortran interp letter ballot #36. This is a 30-day letter (email) ballot, containing four interpretation requests previously passed by a J3 meeting.

Although this is a formal J3 (PL22.3) ballot, comments/votes from alternates, WG5 members not on J3, and any other interested party, are welcome and will be taken into consideration by J3/Interp.
