Hi Neil,

Correct. My comments refer to the original interp. I haven't got the change
to review Zach's alternative edits.
I also want to add that even though the change of order (in the original
edits) is not desired, I see very minimal impact to the users.
The compilers that already give "CBAP" or "CABP" will not change to also
give "CBPA". So all the existing code should work as is.

Just to be clear, your comments were in reference to the original interp
that Malcolm posted, and not Zach's alternative in the email thread you
replied to, right?
