Yes - I was a bit amused by the amateurish nature of the survey.  I also had a problem that they introduced an acronym I did not know on the first question.

But mostly I was relieved that it was incredibly short.   Most surveys I get these days have me quit after 5-10 minutes of either losing patience with repetitive questions or encountering too many questions that have vague or poorly defined answers.
