It's been 3-1/2 months since m221 - why have you not had that 
consultation already? You have another month to vote. That should be 
plenty of time. Anyone who votes can change their vote up until the 
close of the ballot.

I understood and agreed with the interp when we were discussing it in 
February. I don't vote on things mindlessly.
