Either works for me also.

I do recommend that you pick times that work for the US members and 
Malcolm if possible.  Or maybe schedule for very long days, but arrange 
the agenda to allow each geography to do their own thing at their 
preferred time and skip the rest?  Might not be feasible, but worth 
thinking about.
