This is to apologize for not keeping the WG5 mailing list up to date during the second half of 2019.  There has in any case been far less traffic than usual and an unusually high number of spurious messages which were allocated WG5 sequence numbers but were not distributed because of the whitelist system.  Keld Simonsen, who administers the mail server, has now plugged the hole that hackers were using.

Updated indexes for 2019 and 2020 will be on the WG5 website shortly.
