Hi Dan,

Thank you for organizing the meeting. I have three comments.

First I put the links below, so that it's easier to find the documents:

Second, I would like to propose an addition to the agenda:

J3 GitHub proposals repository report O. Certik

It would take about 5 min and an optional discussion (if there is interest, I can make it longer). It can be done on any day, Monday or Tuesday would both work.

Third, we will be submitting proposals for this meeting for the most popular ideas from the J3 GitHub repository, and we would like to get feedback from the committee on each of them. These will targeting 202y. I know that the main effort is to get 202x out, but I would like to propose if we can spend 5min of plenary time on each proposal. We will see how many we get, but I expect around 5 or so (10 the most), so if we do 2 proposals per day, that's 10 minutes total per day --- that should not jeopardize the 202x effort, while at the same time allowing to get sufficient feedback for the wider community, whether the committee likes it or not, and the community can then further improve the proposals, so that when the 202y window opens up, the proposals are ready.
We need a few more weeks to write the proposals and we will submit then. In the meantime, you can follow our progress at:

Looking forward for our next meeting in February.

Ondrej
