[J3] ISO/IEC 60559-2020

The new edition of ISO/IEC 60559
has been published.  On the ISO
website, the title does not
mention the IEEE.  On the IEEE
website, the title is given as
IEEE/ISO/IEC 60559-2020.

The ISO website says that the
new edition is 74 pages long.
My paper copy of
IEEE Std 754-2019 is 82 pages
long (not counting the cover
pages).  I assume that the
ISO/IEC edition is shorter
because the IEEE front material
was dropped.
