I'm not sure my e-mailer is actually sending things out. Sorry if this is
a partial duplicate.
I have an HTML version of Fortran 90 that I could send to somebody and they
could put it on the website.
I had a brief e-mail exchange with Richard Maine and he confirmed
Malcolm's comments (and my memory).
Walt did the typesetting for F90 using one of the *roff things and also
using his own proprietary macros.
This was converted to Framemaker for F95
