This ISO page suggests the document was/is available in electronic form.
But since its status is "withdrawn", it's unclear if it's available for
purchase any longer (I couldn't figure how to get to "Buy This Standard"
option). However is it possible for WG5/Steve to contact ISO and see if an
electronic version of ISO/IEC 1539:1991 is present in ISO electronic
archives and if yes, the terms under which the document can be made
available at least to WG5 for reference purposes?
