[J3] J3 interp ballot results posted

The results of the recent interp letter ballot have been posted to the J3
site as paper 20-132.

(Summary: All passed, three were amended.)

 

If I have transcribed a comment or vote incorrectly, please let me know and
I will produce an r1 if necessary.
